The room at Ibis Auckland Ellerslie was really cozy and comfortable. I loved the spacious King Bed and the individually controlled air conditioning. The satellite TV was a nice touch and the 24-hour room service was very convenient. As a light sleeper, I really appreciated the electronic key card access for added security.

Personally, I didn't really enjoy the in-house movies. But hey, that's just my opinion!

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and it met all my business needs. The gymnasium with massage facilities and conference rooms were easily accessible, providing everything required for a productive stay. The internet connection was reliable, and the desk area was well-equipped for work purposes.

One service I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been helpful to have a dedicated space with computers and printing facilities to efficiently manage my business tasks.

Modern accommodation, welcoming stuff, favourable location to Ellerslie racecourse. Location near to New Zealand, shops / city centre, and great restaurant. For tea or coffee visit Sierra Cafe nearby...

Enchanting and clean hotel, supper friendly staff. Comfortable room with toothpaste and bags anywhere, as for instance. Great service and great value.

The room design was impressive, making excellent use of limited space. The staff provided extra pillows with a cheerful attitude, ensuring a comfortable stay.

During my stay, I found the room to be small but adequate. However, the only downside was the lack of sugar sachets provided.

Bed was a little hard but hey I have a water bed at home

It had the basic essentials and very handy having the restaurant below.

The room was nice and perfect, with smoke detectors and particularly nice views out to the park. A safe, television and a refrigerator were provided.

The property was pleasant with attentive staff especially from Reception and Duty Manager and the bar staff-friendly and kind, I loved the stay. The room I booked was good basic and brand-new with the shower, the bathroom plus a great king sized bed as expected.

The setting is comfy and easy, not far from onsite Restaurant, So close to the racecourse and Auckland, fairly quiet area. Ellerslie-Greenlane district is worth your attention.

Friendly service, they provide a private parking and high-speed internet access. The rooms are fairly quiet with large bathrooms👍🙂

The room was perfect little, decent sized and had satellite TV, climate control and an individual safe. The location turned out to be comfy, not far from the Acacia restaurant for being members, Auckland for Ellerslie and Greenlane venues and park outside the premises. Furthermore, to the Green Lane train station.

The location was perfect for us as it was close to the event we were attending. We had a great time mingling with the masters world games competitors in the bar, creating a fantastic atmosphere. it was convenient to have the train station nearby, allowing us quick access to the central city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was tidy. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a nice continental breakfast during our stay.

The check-in process was slow and there seemed to be a problem finding a ready room, causing some inconvenience.

Helpful friendly staff. Great location, handy to motorway on and off ramps, train station within walking distance, lovely outlook.

Not sure the buffet was value for money.
